Very polite and helpful in Sales and was able to locate a RAV4 Hybrid that was on a boat and headed to the dealership. Once it arrived we negotiated an agreeable price for the lease. We had a very pleasant experience with Gale Toyota in 2019, when we leased a Highlander for my wife through Ted. We referred friends and family and made Gale our first stop when shopping for a new car this time around. Unfortunately, our recent experience there was a complete 180 from the last. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service by the sales rep as well as the sales manager. There was utterly no follow up on any outreach or request and when I finally got a hold of them, my interactions were anything but positive. To say I was extremely disappointed this time around would be an understatement. More
