We had a very pleasant experience with Gale Toyota in 2019, when we leased a Highlander for my wife through Ted. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service by the sales rep as well as the sales manager. There was utterly no follow up on any outreach or request and when I finally got a hold of them, my interactions were anything but positive. To say I was extremely disappointed this time around would be an understatement. More

I was traveling quite a distance to purchase a specific hard to find truck and they were super accommodating, helping get everything wrapped up quickly in a single trip. Generally, my least favorite part of the buying process is negotiating the financing, but this was not the case here. The finance manager found me an exceptional rate from the start and did a great job walking me through everything. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Very friendly, no pressure, went there for a vehicle listed, wasn’t my wife’s style, ended up with a newer one that she liked better. Haggled a bit on my trade, but came up with an agreeable offer.
