Salesman offered $6000 for our trade-in, saying it was worth little and would be put out to auction. It is now on their lot for $12,990. We paid their price for their car. The "out the door" agreed price was $7500 + our trade. Even though they advertise their prices include the fees, the finance mgr. proceeded to add all the extras, dealer fee, docs, tax, etc. We purchased the extended warranty for $2750, that's ok. Then he added a simonize service for $599.99, which was never discussed. is not ok. After buying the extended warranty, I said "nothing else, not a penny more". After being in the place from 3PM to 7:30 PM (1 1/2 hour after closing time), I felt pressured to sign all papers, and let people go home. We still had a four hour drive home. Upon reviewing papers next morning, I found the contract for simonizing, which I knew nothing about. Being in our eighties, we would never drive 8 hours R/T, tank of gas, food, for a simonize service - even if it was free. We had two key fobs to our trade, and asked the salesman if one could be re-keyed for the new car. He said he wished it could because he had many in the office, which can't be used. So we left both key fobs with him. Now I find that key fobs can be re-keyed by an authorized auto locksmith. Galeana has not answered any of my emails asking only to cancel the simonize service, because we cannot use it. I forgot to mention I was told the finance rate would be about 4%. It became double @ 7.99%. More

Poor service I took my 24000 mile wrangler for a front end rattle. They couldn’t replicate the issue and did not find anything. I also had an oil change done. John (the person who helped me) was great, he was helful, friendly and got me an early appointment. My issue the fact that they didn’t fix my problem and the person who cashed me out had no idea what was done to my vehicle, and didn't give me a sumary (like EVERY other place) she just wanted payment. Since she didnt tell me anything so I had to ask and she didn’t know. Did they rotate tires? Didn’t know. Did they top off fluids? Didn’t know. How are the breaks? Didn’t know. Then after I leave, she calls me and with a rude tone tells me to come back because I “took” Chysler’s copy. I took what they gave me. Poor experience. More
