Terrible dealership! Go to the cape jeep instead! Both had issues with terrible service in the sales but especially the service sept. Brought in my new jeep for an oil change and warranty issue. Another shop I’ve been going to for years said it sounded like mass sensor issue and maybe lifters. Dropped it in first thing Monday morning. Got a call 2pm that afternoon saying they couldn’t replicate the issue and could they keep it over night to have it for a cold start. No problems, thanks for the update and I can make arrangements for the night without a vehicle. Next day…nothing. No call, no update. I end up calling late afternoon and was told they didn’t even get to it in service today but they would speak to the manager for an update and get back to me. Never got a call. Call back later to get “sorry we are closed for the evening”. So they just kept my jeep without notice for another day. Forcing me to pay for an Uber to and from my night shift. Next day I figure someone would call me as I had left messages and was told I would be getting update….Nope! I have to call by this point at midday and still no one has any idea what’s goin on or where my jeep is. Finally get hold of my service advisor 3 calls and holds later and he tells me they could t replicate the problem and worked hard on it all day yesterday even though I had been told they hadn’t looked at it yesterday. So I voice my concerns that they kept my vehicle an extra couple days without even asking me, I’ve had no updates from anyone and I’ve had to call repeatedly just to find out what’s goin on and still the issue isn’t fixed. His response, oh well, I can have the vehicle ready for you in 30 mins. The service manager was equally as dismissive. Said he had a couple staff out the day before. While I understand life happens a common courtesy call would have prevented all these issues. Had someone called and said we haven’t been able to get to it can we keep it another night I would have either said no and arranged another time when I could be without a vehicle or had the time to arrange rides to and from work. Put simply they know they are the only jeep dealer in fort myers, so feels like they don’t see the need to provide good customer service. Don’t like it…what ya gonna do? Well I’ll drive the extra 10 mins across the bridge to the Cape Coral Jeep dealer and they will be doing my service and warranty work moving forward. Horrible customer service, did 1 of the 3 services I asked to be done and kept my car for 2 days without updates. Unprofessional and rude workers. Gave me the run around to put air in my tires, had me d asked to be done and kept my car for 2 days without updates. Unprofessional and rude workers. Did an oil change with but no multi point inspection like I had asked for. I will never bring a car here nor refer anyone to this location. More

2015 Jeep renegade brought in for correction of oil consumption issue. This is a recall by Jeep for a known design flaw with this model. My wife was advised of a supposed external oil leak and engine w consumption issue. This is a recall by Jeep for a known design flaw with this model. My wife was advised of a supposed external oil leak and engine would need to be degreased at a charge of 150 dollars. At no time in the past 5 years has any mechanic who has worked on this vehicle informed me of an external oil leak. Oil and filter changed every 4000 miles since new. No check was made of the oil filter, oil drain plug, or oil pan gasket as supposed possible causes. This is the very reason I do not bring my vehicles in for service at the dealership. I will inform all I know to stay away from this dealership and service dept. More
