I spent one hour their at the dealership, which was not that long. One of the headlights had water in it and needed to be replaced. I bought my Kia in the Lee County area, but not at this particular KIA dealership. I took my car for service a few times at the KIA i bought the car from, but I didn't feel the same friendliness or concer particular KIA dealership. Of course when I arrived at KIA, the car wasn't doing whatever it was doing that made me take the car to be serviced. I drove up and got a friendly smile from Mr. William Bennett and he knew exactly what my problem was in regards to the car. This is the not the first time I have taken my car to be serviced at Galeana KIA and it doesn't matter who is helping me, I have always received friendly and professional service and although some services are going to take longer than other services to complete, I have always waited for my car and didn't have to wait all day. The people at the register are always friendly as well. My parents just purchased a KIA and I have already told them to take their car to your facility.
