I purchased a new dodge van and I have only had the van for 3 months and I have had problems already, I had to bring to back for a heat problem on the coldest day of the year I had no heat, they said it wa for 3 months and I have had problems already, I had to bring to back for a heat problem on the coldest day of the year I had no heat, they said it was nothing wrong with it and it works, but I had to take it in and they kept it for two days gave me a rental car with no gas in it and said go put some in it, was very nasty about it also, now here it is a month later and im having the same problem with the heat. there is something wrong with the van and them don't know how to fix it. Its too cold not to have heat in a brand new car. VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Jeff was very helpful in finding the Journey I was looking for. Because of my work schedule it was very hard for me to get to the dealership, yet via many phone calls he was able to find me one and s looking for. Because of my work schedule it was very hard for me to get to the dealership, yet via many phone calls he was able to find me one and set up everything by calling me back or by texting me. All the paperwork was done when my wife and I picked it up, and he went out and hooked up my phone (via bluetooth) and went over all the controls.
