I cannot express how awesome Bill Reed and John Caldwell treated me as a customer! I felt like I was the only person they wanted to please (and the dealership is always very busy!!!) Bill worked SOOOO har treated me as a customer! I felt like I was the only person they wanted to please (and the dealership is always very busy!!!) Bill worked SOOOO hard to find me the perfect vehicle (BEAUTIFUL dodge ram) and John made all the financing a breeze! There is absolutely no way I can repay them for all the family-like caring, other then making sure I return to see them in 3 years when my lease is up again!!! My husband has been going to this dealership and for over 12 years, and I completely understand why now. They are amazing and make buying or leasing a vehilce FUN!!!!! THANK YOU BILL AND JOHN!!! :) More
Let me preface by saying I have dealt with this dealership a couple times in the past and have never had any problems and always a good experience. However today I went to turn in my lease and had dealership a couple times in the past and have never had any problems and always a good experience. However today I went to turn in my lease and had the displeasure of working with the lease turn in "specialist" and the assistant sales manager. The turn in specialist had an attitude right from the start and was complaining to the service writer in the bay about how many turn ins she had to do today. Um that is your job isn't it? So as she was walking around the car I was walking with her asking questions and she says to me I don't like when people follow me around, I don't follow you around at your job do I? WTH? So as I asked her questions about potential charges for my lease turn in she abruptly says, I will be right back, and apparently went and spoke with the assistant sales manager. She then returned with a piece of paper, handed it to me and says with an attitude, you should be aware of the charges its here in the print on the lease return form. So after she walked away from me to complete the paper work, ( I would guess because she didnt want to answer any more of my questions) I asked to speak to her manager about her attitude. Long story short the manager told me I was the one acting rudely and told me I can go. (Short version I could type more but I am getting angry just thinking about it!) I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, the family atmosphere is gone and they are just like all the other dealerships out there. More
Went to see Bill Reed for a 2014 Durango for my wife. He made us a great deal, got the vehicle we wanted with the options we needed. He didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive model, just took great car made us a great deal, got the vehicle we wanted with the options we needed. He didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive model, just took great care with us. He is a super friendly guy that takes the time to understand his customers. In fact I mentioned that the deal was so good, too bad I couldn't trade my 2011 Charger for a new one. He said, let me see what we can do. Well my wife has a 2014 Durango and I left with a 2014 Charger. Bill is always the man!!! I know there have been some bad reviews for this dealership but in the past few years I have seen improvement and them willing to listen to any concerns I have had and most importantly correct them. They have gotten much better in the service area and I haven't seen another dealership that can beat their prices for new cars. More

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever come across in my entire life. I have made many complaints to Dodge about this dealership and I am currently still in the process right now of getting my across in my entire life. I have made many complaints to Dodge about this dealership and I am currently still in the process right now of getting my car fixed after multiple failed attempts by this dealership. I leased a 2012 Dodge Charger RT from this dealership almost a year ago and took it in to the dealership for some service. When I got the car back it died twice on me. I took the car in and they first refused to give me a loaner car and said I need the extended warranty to receive a loaner car. I told them this car is still under the manufacturer's warranty and I need a car to get to work and school. They refused and I had to make a complaint to Dodge to finally receive a loaner. This is where my journey began with this sad excuse of a dealership. I have owned two GM vehicles and one Audi and the service provided at this dealership compared to the other ones I have been to is absolutely laughable in comparison, these guys have a long way to go. It's hard to fault the workers when management are the ones that are supposed to set the example. I got my vehicle back a week later and they said it was fixed, I thought great thanks guys! Instead the car drove fine for one lousy day and then it died again. I brought it right back to them and they kept it for another week and still can not find out the problem and now want me to pick my car back up. If you can not fix the car why would I want to pick it back up if its only going to leave me stranded again? While the car was there the service manager assistant seemingly drove the car as it was his personal car because an entire tank of gas was used (I would estimate around 300 miles on the conservative side) they did agree to fill my tank back up and I am in talks with Dodge right now about crediting me back the miles that were driven. I think this is completely unprofessional, if your guys can't figure out the problem then refund me my money I leased transportation and I am not getting that. I kept up my end of the deal, they are not keeping up their end. Overall the service has been very bad, Jodi the service manager is a nice guy I just feel bad he has to work with some of these people. Word of advice to anyone reading this do not make the same mistake I made and bring your car here, there are too many well run dealerships to spend your hard earned money at this place. I personally will never spend another dollar here and I will continue to tell as many people as I can to stay away from this place. However if you are looking for incompetent people to work on your car at a small, run down dealership, this is the place to be. And to Galeanas Van xxxx Dodge, if you decide to use that last sentence as your business motto, I will happily help you advertise :) More
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I contacted them about a used car, and heard back quickly, however, it was all downhill from there. When I first talked to Francine, I was just interested in com them about a used car, and heard back quickly, however, it was all downhill from there. When I first talked to Francine, I was just interested in coming to look at the car, and she was pressuring me from the get-go. Over the phone she told me I needed to send my proof of insurance or put down a $100 deposit. When I asked why, she said "to buy the car". I said, "Why would I do that? I haven't even seen the car in person yet" to which she responded "well, why wouldn't you buy it?" as if I was being a moron. Well, I'm not sure how many people buy a used car based on an internet picture alone, but apparently, I was being crazy. Because she talked to me this way, and kept pressuring me, I finally agreed to put a $100 deposit down to save the car until I could come test-drive it. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, then, Thursday night, I noticed a new car listed on the website. I called and left a message that I was interested in that one as well. Francine called me the next morning, and told me that the new car I was interested in just got put on the lot, and that it would get me closer to my desired payments, and had all the same features as the previous car I was going to look at. I was super excited, and she said that it would be better for me to put my $100 toward that one since it was such a good deal, it would sell quickly. So, I said yes, please hold that one for me instead. Saturday morning (today), I go to the bank and take out my $4,000 for the down-payment, and make my way to the dealership. I spoke with Francine 3 times this morning on my way there, to give her updates on how close I was. This dealership was an hour drive from me, so it was quite a trip. Francine was well aware of this. I finally get there, and the first thing she says to me is "bad news, the car you paid for sold last night." I was in shock. The whole reason I paid money towards that car was so that they WOULDN'T sell it before I came in. PLUS, why did she not mention that the car wasn't even there anymore the THREE times I spoke to her before I got there? She knew full well the car had sold, but, she let me drive the hour to get there so she could try and pressure me into buying something else. After she said the one I was holding sold, she said "but good news, the other one you were interested in first is still here". I turn around, and the car looks NOTHING like the pictures shown on the website. The car in the photos was white. This car was white, but it had gigantic black racing stripe decals all over it. They obviously used photos of a completely different car, knowing that people are not going to be interested in a car with tacky stickers plastered all over it. When I mentioned that the car in the photo did not have the decals, her response was (fake shock) "well, I can peel those off for you". As if the deceit was no big deal. To make matters worse, as I mentioned multiple times that I was not interested in purchasing any car from them, due to the fact that I paid money, made a long trip, was lied to on multiple accounts, for a car that no longer existed, Francine had the nerve to say to me "Well, you know, I'm really pissed off too. This was my ONE weekend off, and I came in here as a special favor, now my time is wasted, I'm really mad". Excuse me?!? YOU are mad that YOU had to do your job? YOU are mad that YOU sold a car that I had already put money towards? It was all I could do to not punch her right in the face. I wish I had counted, but I'm sure she mentioned how mad she was that it was her day off at least 9 times. She continued to try and offer me "lower" prices on other cars, until I finally just said "I'm not interested" and got in my car. Once I pulled out, I realized that in my anger, I had forgotten to ask about getting my deposit back. So, I called Francine's cell phone (the phone I had been speaking to her on all morning) and she didn't answer. Very professional. Then I called the dealership directly, and spoke to a man, told him what had happened, and he said "Yeah, she left pretty quickly, she was really pissed". He told me that he "didn't think she even ran my credit card" and that was the only answer I got. So, I'll be watching my account for the next few days to see what actually happened. *Also, once I was home, I realized that the photos of the sold car that I was going to purchase, were a lie as well, because the model I was going to look at was an SXT, but the photos were very clearly of an R/T, so, who knows if the car I was supposed to buy even would have been what I thought it was. This place is shady, disrespectful, and deceitful all around. STAY AWAY! More
