We had been to 2 previous dealers and that was not the case. Upon arrival we spoke with a salesman and he had the car brought up and we took a test drive. We decided to grab lunch and think over our purchase and opted to purchase the car. Upon return, we went over some paperwork, had a short wait to speak with the finance department and were out the door! Overall, it was a great car buying experience. More

Fair & Honest I calculated the sales tax incorrectly when making an offer. They offered additional vehicle protection in lieu of my error. When the error was explained, I rescinded my previous offer. We came to a mutually agreeable price and closed the deal! They could have just taken my initial offer and kept the money. A Great First Experience with the Service Department! I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checke I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checked out the website and was impressed with what I say so I set up an service appointment. I was welcomed the minute I pulled into the service bay. Wayne Hill, who I did not know was the manager at the time, took my info and asked if I needed any other services done. Then I went to the customer waiting area which had everything I needed to wait...from coffee, vending machines, TV's, and work areas if you brought a laptop which I did. During my wait the General Manager, Jimmy Galvin, Jr. came by to make sure I was having a good visit. My wait was not long and Wayne came back and told me I need my A/C worked on including parts which would have to be ordered..they were covered under my warranty...and we scheduled a day to drop my truck off and pick up my rental. When I came back they had a very nice Ford Fusion waiting for me. My truck was ready the following day. Needless to say, my trip went off without a hitch and my truck is still running great. Miracle Ford will continue to get my business as long as I own my truck! I highly recommend their service department to anyone I know! More

Very Accommodating I started my search for a new "Used" Pickup over the weekend searching the internet. After using the Car Buying Service through USAA, I was contacted I started my search for a new "Used" Pickup over the weekend searching the internet. After using the Car Buying Service through USAA, I was contacted by Josh (Strain). He already know my personality by the information that I had submitted. He kept to his word that he was not a salesman and would give me as direct answers as I wanted not wasting my time or his. Josh really kept this fish on the hook. I'm a low patience, don't have time for games type of guy and I don't like feeling like I'm being played. Josh answered all my questions and even offered to keep me abreast of the vehicle I was interested in while I was out of town on business. I finished my business trip early and Josh set me up with an appointment the very next day. I arrived and "Coach" was expecting me. He handed me off to Daniel (which at first I was a little slighted by) but being the GM...he did exactly as I would have. Daniel proved to be more than accommodating and did not come off or present that "pushy salesman" persona. He let me look, listen, inspect and do all the things with the vehicle that I felt necessary before taking the plunge. After negotiating some things back and forth, I am happy to say that I am a proud owner of an 2014 F-150 King Ranch. I love the truck and I truly enjoyed the experience (or should I say...the LACK of that "pushy car salesman" that you see on TV and expect the minute your foot hits the pavement).
