Customer service interaction inside dealer, on phone with mobile service rep, and barrage of phone calls has failed me time after time. Harassed with endless calls. Including my next purchase. Mechanic shop performance has been stellar. On point, communicative, thorough. 2022 Ford F350 diesel. Display said Def Fault, and engine light cane on. Took my truck to Gallatin Ford for service. Was told two sensors on the Def system were not work Display said Def Fault, and engine light cane on. Took my truck to Gallatin Ford for service. Was told two sensors on the Def system were not working. Repaired under my extended warranty. Got my truck back two days later and had problems starting it, I had both batteries checked and learned both were bad. I had asked the service advisor about the batteries when I picked up my truck and was told they were good for 4 years. I checked online about how bad batteries and how it affected the Def system sensors. Online it states bad batteries does affect the sensors by showing bad when they are not. Contacted the service manager and was told he would be looking into it and would call me right back. 5 hours later and multiple calls to Gallatin Ford service manager and still no response. Multiple calls to service manager over the next couple days with messages left. Still no response from service manager. My paperwork provided to me said they performed a multi point inspection. Don’t believe that happened with two bad batteries. Probably replaced sensors that didn’t need to be replaced. Check of batteries showed one was completed dead and the second one only had 25 cca. Because of the poor communication with the service manager and service that probably shouldn’t have been done I will never recommend Gallatin Ford to friends or family. More
