Adam was a great salesman and worked hard to match the deal I had at another dealership. The finance guy took the deal and added service and warranty for an additional 3 years which took my payments up $4 deal I had at another dealership. The finance guy took the deal and added service and warranty for an additional 3 years which took my payments up $40 per month. I understand they make money this way but was not expecting it and wish he would have asked if I was interested instead of just walking in and telling me this is the difference. It is probably a good deal if I keep the car longer than 3 years but I would prefer to make that decision on my own and not have it assumed I would want it. Other than that we waited while they detailed the vehicle and it was a rushed job (not very detailed).I felt they should have started when we agreed to buy it not after all the paperwork was signed and we were ready to leave. Again Adam was great and I would buy from him again in the future and recommend him to friends and family. More
