DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE This dealer is total garbage. They don’t tell you the full arrangement of the “lifetime warranty.” For instance, to keep said warranty I had to pay al This dealer is total garbage. They don’t tell you the full arrangement of the “lifetime warranty.” For instance, to keep said warranty I had to pay almost $500 in recommended services three months after I bought my car! I was told I only had to bring it here for services to maintain the warranty. I brought it in for it’s scheduled oil change and boom oh now you have to do all this too or else you loose the warranty. This is all after the whole ordeal of them selling me a car with a broken back up camera that they didn’t notice in the “inspection” and when trying to get that situation rectified they couldn’t have cared less about how inconvenient it was for me to drive out to this garbage dealership MULTIPLE times just to put the camera back in it’s housing. The salesman knew NOTHING about the inventory and we drove around to the multiple storage lots for HOURS to find they didn’t have what we wanted in their inventory! LOOK IT UP FIRST!! I could literally go on for days about all my issues with this dealership. Do no waste your time the second they get your money they treat you like “well you should have known” about everything they didn’t tell you! If I had more free time I would sit outside and warn prospective customers about the peril they are about to inflict upon themselves. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Craigslist has better customer service than this place. More

Miguel Maravilla was the salesman that helped me and I can not give him enough credit. I have gone to other dealerships not only for myself but with other family members who have been in the market for a new car and have never experienced customer service as helpful and patient as with him. He was very kind and understanding and did his best to help me in any way that he could. This was definitely great for my first car buying experience. I would absolutely recommend having him as your sales guy because he is just wonderful! We were not being rushed or pushed into anything, he was genuinely considerate and patient of everything including the many questions I had asked him. He deserves a top rating. They also gave me a fantastic price, which made it all the better. With two phone calls to process everything and a home delivery, I had the most wonderful experience buying a vehicle. It was simple and did not take time out of my life. I was so impressed that I referred a great many people to the dealership. My experience the second time around in 2018 was completely painful. It was difficult to connect with a salesperson, but once I did it I got a good price. There was a little hassle with trading in a car, but we worked that out quickly. The actual purchase of the car was where everything took a turn for the worse. Simple communication could have avoided such a terrible experience. Apparently, the dealership had a computer system outage over the weekend, so what should have taken less than an hour ended up taking many hours. It was a comedy of errors. I had called to arrange to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. Price already agreed upon, and a transaction with my trade-in, plus the rest in cash. That should not have taken much time at all. All the sales associate needed to do was tell me that they were super-crazy backed up and I would have come the next day. It was a cluster and a total waste of my time. That said, I still purchased the car, which they kindly delivered. I love the car, but I want the hours of my life back. More
