Luis Nava at Galpin Honda is great I have been a car owner for about 25 years but this is my first new car buying experience. I was a little nervous about getting bombarded with shady I have been a car owner for about 25 years but this is my first new car buying experience. I was a little nervous about getting bombarded with shady salesmen and their intimidation tactics but I was pleasantly surprised. This experience has been great. I felt comfortable with my choice and did not feel pressured to do or buy anything. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman Luis to those looking to have a positive car buying experience. The processing took a little while on a Saturday so go during the week if you can. The seeing the finance person took awhile but it’s not worth taking away a star. I hope that there can be a more efficient way found in the future. More

Thanks to Abe T, I was attended early(8:40am, they open at 9:00am) and started paperwork promptly after taking my car out for a test ride. Abe was great and attentive to my EVERY question. As a first time buyer I had plenty of questions and concerns. When being told I was able to purchase my car he shook my hand and congratulated me. From then on the process was long but well worth. Abe was able and willing to get me into a car by the end of the day and managed to get me low price and a low price on my monthly payments. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Not to mention he gave me a full tank of gas. More
