During the whole time she was so attemptive towards my family, that day they had free pizza drinks, coloring station, a lady that’s makes balloons and face painting for the little ones. They were busy but we did not mind the long wait since she was always making sure we had anything we needed. She even offered to buy us food super amazing! Amazing First Time Buyer Experience I did not come into the dealership to walk out with a car as many other people I just came to "look" and those were my true intentions to just look an I did not come into the dealership to walk out with a car as many other people I just came to "look" and those were my true intentions to just look and start thinking about a new car. I first thought I would get the most economical Honda I can find which was the Fit but Javier Navarro showed me many options and kept helping me with every question I had even if sometimes I became repetitive. After some time at the dealership there was not anything that really caught my attention so he drove me to another lot with other cars and we came across a beautiful superman blue 2018 Honda Civic SI. He was patient as I was hesitant on my decision and again we spent a good amount of time at that dealership again until we got in the car and I drove the SI back to the dealership where he was able to get me an amazing deal for a first time buyer. As I mentioned I did not come in with the mindset of buying and as a first time buyer I was unsure of what I was doing and what I was getting myself into but without a doubt he made the entire process a lot simpler and worry free. His number is save in my phone and if I or someone I know ever needs a car he will be the first person I am going to refer them too. By the way my new SI is AMAZING!
