Nice sale person (Jaime), horrible manager. I come in to see the Honda Accord 2016 EXL V6. Jaime greet my family, show us the car, very nice and pleasant to deal with. She ran my credit, said I I come in to see the Honda Accord 2016 EXL V6. Jaime greet my family, show us the car, very nice and pleasant to deal with. She ran my credit, said I am qualify for 1.9% interest rate (doesn't really matter, I am planning to write a check for the total cost anyway). She gave me the price $30,800 out door price, I make my offer of $30,000 with trunk tray and mud guard include. She said she will have to check with her manager and she will be back. Here is where the story get interesting. The manager told us that the $30,800 is the price of the car, if I want any accessories he can give me some discount to purchase it. He then go on with if this is out of my budget, maybe I should buy something else, maybe a 4 cylinder or a 2015 model instead. Wait what? no counter offer, nothing but insult that i can't afford the car? Thanks, but no thank you. We just get up and left More
