This was the worst experience I have ever had We were pre approved with excellent credit. We had been in communication about a certain car for a week. We went to the dealership to buy the car. We made a great deal with the salespeople and they let some other salesman sell the car out from underneath our deal. When offer an alternative at a lower price the car was not to be found at the dealership. The salesperson had taken our California Drivers' licenses and never returned them to us. We went to another dealership and it was there when we about to take a test drive that we realized this dealership had not returned our drivers licenses to us. I had to make a late night return trip to this dealership to retrieve our licenses and the personnel were hostile in nature towards me. Their showroom is overly lit , with loud music, and a lot of people moving around most of which are this dealership's employees filling space. It is chaotic and high pressure sales experience to be in that showroom. I am happy with the purchase I did make elsewhere and do not recommend this dealership or the employees. More
