When financing took longer than usual (due to Black Friday sales), Kathy suggested we go home and that she would deliver the CR-V to us later in the day and would sign paperwork at our house. The car had been nothing but problems and we were totally unprepared for such a devastating financial blow. On Friday I got on the Galpin Honda website and started chatting with Jace at the dealership and told him our situation. Hadn't built much credit, very little for a down payment. We went in that Saturday and met with Kathy who showed us some options and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We took a Honda Fit for a test drive and decided on that model. We knew getting financing would be difficult, but Kathy completely went to bat for us and worked very hard to help us get into a 15' Honda on Thursday with a down payment that was so affordable we were shocked! If you decide on getting a Honda goto Galpin! And if you do make sure you ask for Kathy Cong! She worked miracles to get us into a car with affordable payments.
