This was my first new car buying experience, and I was nervous to say the least. I did a lot of research on Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds and consumer reports. After receiving responses from a few dealers, I emailed Tabitha Pennington at Galpin Honda after my boyfriend highly recommended her after buying his car from her a few years ago. She definitely matched my price and even went a little lower than all of the other car dealers! When I arrived, she was super warm and friendly and the process was extremely quick and painless. I honestly was shocked after hearing a bunch of negative stories from my friends and family about all of the hassle that comes with buying a new car. Tabitha stayed true to her quote exactly and we went through the preliminary paperwork very smoothly! Tabitha was very patient and answered all of my questions. After finishing up with the finance manager, Tabitha showed me how to operate all of the features in my car. I was really happy with my car. It had just recently been shipped to the dealership and only had 5 miles on it! I seriously could not have asked for a better car buying experience! More

After having a horrible experience in trying to purchase a hybrid from another dealer we were referred to Galpin Honda. They answered all of our questions during our test drive. Showed us all the features and even provided us with coffe and lunch as we waited for finance to complete our paperwork. Tabitha Pennington was our sales person and she was such a sweet heart and was excellent in Customer Service. Steve was our finance person and he was very great too!!! It was just such a huge difference and overall great experience. I must admit I thought dealerships were not into helping the buyer but Galpin Honda showed me the opposite. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there looking for a great car at a great value and looking for Excellent Customer Service.
