Slow Process I purchased a new vehicle from Galpin and I am very happy with the vehicle. Price was OK. The initial price offer was hirer than I found at another I purchased a new vehicle from Galpin and I am very happy with the vehicle. Price was OK. The initial price offer was hirer than I found at another dealer, but Galpin lowered the price to match. Galpin has a good amount of inventory to chose from. But, the purchase process was too long. Came into the dealership with an appointment, price already agreed to, and the exact car already selected, cleaned and ready. The paperwork process took 5 hours and 30 minutes. The sales people were all nice and not pushy but they did try to add a bunch of extras that I did not want to the car to raise the price back up. After the purchase they called back stating they forgot to have me sign 2 documents. I remembered signing one of them. So they went back and check and they actual had that document. For the other document they sent me a link that did not work. They kept sending me a link even though I kept telling them it did not work. Finally, the link worked, but it was a document for another customer. I then started getting calls for this customer. Then I find out this missing document is not required by the law, the finance company, or any other dealer. It is just one of many extra documents Galpin made for themselves to prevent mistakes (it is not working). More
