"Looking for a new car"

Great experience at Diesel Max Trucks on Barber Road as well as follow up service at Ganley Ford. Sales. Everybody was friendly, courteous and prompt. Bought a used truck. Ganley took car of all the little things as well as finalizing the deal quickly.

"Great experience!!"

Jeff and Ganley where A1 right from the very start. They were able to find me exactly what I wanted, get me financed when others could not and even waited a few extra days for me to get my down payment to them without selling my vehicle. Simply put, Jeff gave me his word on a few things and he came through on every single statement. These guys are the truth. Jeff was not only friendly, but professional without being pushy. He made the whole buying process a breeze. I had been fed up with so many other dealers. Jeff and the guys at Ganley Ford have truly just gained a lifer. "Over the top customer service"

I have/had a challenging financial situation. When I came in I wasn't sure if I was wasting my time or if there was a possibility of working something out that was within my budget. Sam was great at making sure he and the finance team were aware of what I needed and they delivered! Not only a car that met all of my "must haves", but financing terms that were very agreeable. I never felt pressured, just valued.

"A pleasant experience"

The experience was easy and pleasurable, from the salesman Sam Adrian to the people on the phone to the finance , Tyler Harvey. They seemed as though they could not do enough to serve you. The atmosphere was pleasantly relaxing, especially when you have so many anxieties when buying a vehicle. Overall a good experience.

I was greeted right st the door by Sam Adrian, he was super polite and extremely helpful. He did a great job of figuring out what my needs were and then helping me to find the best vehicle from there. He did an amazing job of making me feel like a part of the buying process and did all that he could to make sure that I had left happy. He was friendly all throughout and frankly couldn’t have done a better job at each stage of the purchase.
