The dealership was clean helpful we had an uphill challenge trying to get into a different vehicle we were undecided with the deal that we were going to make so we needed time to think about it they challenge trying to get into a different vehicle we were undecided with the deal that we were going to make so we needed time to think about it they were very nice to us then but then when we return about an hour later to accept a deal it seemed like I was getting the cold shoulder then also when the car was delivered to us our salesman Tony never even went over all the bells and whistles of the vehicle had to go home and read and go through the owner's manual to find out what all the bells and whistles were More

Austin and the Ganley dealership are great to work with. Unfortunately I decided to cancel my custom retail order for a new Mustang as Ford Motor Company had ongoing supply chain issues with my build order Unfortunately I decided to cancel my custom retail order for a new Mustang as Ford Motor Company had ongoing supply chain issues with my build order and I could not wait anly longer. This is no reflection on the dealership. It was beyond thier control. Austin and the dealership quickly returned my deposit and I will continue to patornize this dealership in the future.
