Experience was fantastic from start to finish. Rami was very helpful, but missed an item or two and that is the only reason I could not go with five stars. But the transaction was so fast from start to fi very helpful, but missed an item or two and that is the only reason I could not go with five stars. But the transaction was so fast from start to finish, I have him and Mary to thank. Mary was incredible. So incredibly customer service oriented, that was the first time I felt that a finance person was not looking down on the customer. She was friendly, courteous, knew all the ways to solve an issue and basically make it all happen so fast. Stuart stepped in and walked me thru the amenities of the car. Extremely pleasant gentleman and did not miss a beat. Many thanks Garavel team! More
