I want to separate my experiences with two people at this dealership because they were completely different. Carlos was professional and respectful throughout my conversations with him. I had no issue wor dealership because they were completely different. Carlos was professional and respectful throughout my conversations with him. I had no issue working with him and appreciated his communication. My experience with Bob, the sales manager, was unfortunately the opposite. From the beginning of our conversation, I found his tone and approach very assertive and intimidating. I felt pressured to tell him what monthly payment I was willing to commit to when I was not yet comfortable making that decision. There is nothing wrong with a salesperson asking about a customer’s budget. However, there is a difference between asking a question and making a customer feel pressured into providing an answer. That distinction is what made this interaction so uncomfortable for me. The dealership emphasizes that it is family-owned, which gave me an expectation of a more personal and respectful buying experience. Unfortunately, after my interaction with Bob, I walked away feeling the exact opposite. I decided not to move forward with the dealership. I’m glad I trusted my instincts and did not commit to something simply because I felt pressured in the moment. Again, I want to recognize Carlos for treating me respectfully. My negative experience and decision to walk away were specifically related to my interaction with Bob the sales manager. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future customers. More
