He had a clear knowledge of our Jeep and the others we were considering. With over 20 years here, he was definitely an expert! We also had a great experience with other folks we either spoke with in passing or worked with in finance. Everyone was all hands on deck to help when my security credit check created a hiccup in the process by trying to get the financer on the phone in the background while we tried from the front end.
