I have leased and purchased many vehicles of different makes and models including luxury brands. I wanted a reasonable monthly lease for an SUV to use for commute to the railroad station and for recreational use.. After visiting another local dealership, I chose Garavel because it has quite a bit of inventory to select from and for its proximity to my home. The experience started on a very positive note as my wife and I entered the dealership, where we were warmly greeted at the reception desk. My salesman, Robert Mauerman, was extremely responsive to my inquiries, knowledgeable, courteous, very transparent in terms of pricing and flexible during the negotiations. The finance person, Jessica, was also excellent. She was knowledgeable and explained the various options, but did not take the hard sell approach. More

Poor Service and Customer Follow-up Dropped off my car for a recall, check engine light and the replacement of ONE headlight bulb. Four days and a large bill later, I received a call tha Dropped off my car for a recall, check engine light and the replacement of ONE headlight bulb. Four days and a large bill later, I received a call that everything was fixed. When I went to pick up my car, not only does the one headlight still not work, but now ALL of the front end lights are out. The car is still with them with no updates on what happened and when it will be resolved. Getting the service manager on the phone is impossible and it looks like I’ll have to take another day off and sit in the waiting room to get any action. Is it too much to expect that they would have actually turned on the headlights before saying it was fixed? More
