I was not able to come to the dealership for some time and was working with Kyle O'Melia over email and phone. Kyle was very prompt and professional in his responses and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, including sending me pictures of the car via text message to help me understand exactly what the model looked like in person! I have difficult hours at my work and the easy communication really set Garavel apart from other dealerships. Kyle even had to deal with a medical emergency while we were closing and communicated with the manager (Big Mike) who helped take care of insurance details the day before so we were still able to get the deal done on time. When I got on site at the dealership, the entire process was seamless from start to finish. There was plenty of staff available to cover all the customers and there was hardly any wait to speak with Kyle. All of the paperwork was ready to go and we immediately walked through the details. Kyle and I went fir a quick test drive and the vehicle was awesome, even better than I expected. The dealership was willing to work with me on the little details, like setting up dealer plates and dates/times for me to return for my own plates, since I live a decent distance from the dealership. Everyone working there was professional and courteous - just an amazing experience. Albert Gonzalez, the finance manager, also did a great job running me through all the details of leasing, maintenance and the issues I need to work out. We had a lengthy conversation and he really took the time to make sure I understood all the key details. Mark Koenig was also great in making sure that we had a great deal and that all the details of purchasing worked out for me. I walked away with an extremely beautiful 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a great deal. My wife loves the car and we are very pleased with how this worked out. The entire process of working with the dealership was exactly what any consumer would hope for. More
