Vehicle 60k mile service Took the car in for an oil change and tire rotations. The sales representative suggested to do the 60K miles service that included checking the fluid Took the car in for an oil change and tire rotations. The sales representative suggested to do the 60K miles service that included checking the fluids and rotated tires. After my wife picked up the car did a visual inspection and It seems that everything was done with exception of rotating the tires. And before the car was even picked up i called and ask the Service representative if it was actually done and he confirm it was but as I did a visual inspection on my rims they look like they were not even touch and they where in the same side or location as when I drop the car in. I know this because each rim has a particular scratch on them. Called few times and left a message to my service representative and I havent have a call back. More

Rob Mauerman was my salesman, and he did a great job; Highly recommend Rob if you're looking for a vehicle in the SW CT area. Paid a fair price for the car and got a fair price for my trade. Also, thanks to Albert Gonzalez in Finance for getting us through all the paperwork quickly. Wonderful experience with Neal, entire staff is great… My son bought his new wrangler from Neal back in March. When I started shopping for a car my son mention Neal again, said what a great guy he was. My intention was to purchase a used Grand Cherokee. Quickly we decided to go for a brand new one, however what I wanted was not on the lot because it's the the end of year for 2017's. Needless to say Neal went above and beyond to locate my Jeep (3rd time being the charm) and make the changes to it that I wanted. From the moment you walk in the door the entire staff is wonderful to you, whether you're working with them or not. Definetly would recommend Neal and the Garavel family. More
