Fabulous Customer Experience Being in the Customer Service business myself, I have very high expectations but i was very impressed with all the Employees I interacted with - Big M Being in the Customer Service business myself, I have very high expectations but i was very impressed with all the Employees I interacted with - Big Mike, Wrangler Rob and Carlos. The dealership typically closes at 7pm and we didn't get there till 6:30pm however at no time did they make us feel rushed and they did everything they could to make sure we drove away in our new car that evening - way past 8:30pm. Wrangler Rob was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through everything the Grand Cherokee had to offer - and finished by saying i could call anytime with additional questions. Big Mike listened to what my budget was and my "must haves" in a car and accomplished that plus more. Carlos worked fast to get the finance paperwork signed yet still took the time to go through all the fine print and engage with my 4 year old! Overall it was a great experience and i'm looking forward to being part of this Jeep family! More
