Not only was he extremely friendly, respectful, (making a point to communicate with me, a female, along with my fiance...believe it or not, even in this day and age it's a bit of an issue), and willing to work with us no matter what it took. His knowledge of the product, (Ram 2500, with plow), was exceptional. There was no "waiting around" for Henry to give us the answers and service we needed. We went in to the dealership to lease a Durango, and left buying a 2015 Ram 2500 w/plow!
