He was very understanding when we arrived quite late due to traffic, coming up from New York City to pick up the vehicle. And then, I left my beloved sunglasses in our old car which we traded in. He searched thoroughly, found them and even offered to mail them to us! We would absolutely buy another car and work with him again . Jose Marin, also helped us secure the best financing for the vehicle. He and my husband went back-and-forth looking at many different ways to finance. And in the end he got us the best rate, even beat our credit union. More
