The only Subaru dealership I will ever need! I've leased my last three cars from Garavel, and though I have moved to a town that has it's own Subaru dealership, I still come back to Garavel. Miles has always been good to me, and since his promotion to sales manager, Dave has carried through the amazing customer service I have received from the beginning of my relationship with Garavel. I love my new CrossTrek! Dave was able to find the exact car I wanted, and updated me multiple times a week to let me know the status! Even though there was no news for weeks, Dave kept me in the loop at all times, so I knew he was working hard on my behalf. That's the kind of service I expect from any provider of goods or services, and Garavel always delivers. I also appreciated Dave and Miles going out of their way to prep my car for pick up the day it came in, as I was unable to pick it up on the upcoming weekend. I highly recommend Garavel to anyone considering a Subaru. You will not be disappointed. More

After a horrific accident, caused by the elements of Nature, with my 1st car (Toyota Scion TC); I shopped around; going from one bad "sales Person" to another and dealership to dealership looking for the right fit. I had narrowed it down to three suitable dealerships: Garavel, Honda of Westport, and Toyota of Westport. My expectation was to see how much I may lower the price before I feel the Burn in my pocket, by the self interest, self motivated, and personal agenda....Sales Person.... After visiting both the Toyota and Honda dealership, I happen to stumble on the Norwalk Garavel. There I met this gentlemen by the name of Eddie-(Ed for short). Ed did not approach me with: "I am your friendly-sales person" (secretly only interest is their self agenda)....bottom line: the sale. Ed took a different approach. He asked the most suitable questions to find out what my true needs are and what benefits the vehicle will serve me. After speaking to Ed for about 1 hr, we determine a test drive. The car felt as if, I was driving on a cloud. What sold me on the car, beside the fact that it only had 7K miles and it is built a tank is: Eddie was not pushy. He is a family man who puts the customer’s need ahead of his, because he knows what the True "American Consumer Wants/Likes"---A great price and customer service....! Eddie provided the upmost customer service that others cannot emulate. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a New or Used car. However, I highly recommend Ed, when you are looking to purchase your next vehicle. More

I have three very dirty and feisty dogs and Lulu convinced me that a Subaru was the best possible car for ferrying around canines. Reliable, affordable, excellent milage, and easy to clean! Miles made the sales process a breeze and Lulu answered any and all questions about dogs in cars- and she only drooled a little. That dealership better hang onto Lulu and Miles because they are gems, making the car buying experience a breeze. And clearly, Lulu is due a promotion. More
