He was very knowledgeable (it was amazing all the facts he knows about Subaru), persistent in getting us the car and very patient. Once we got our new Crosstrek, Dave ran through it with precision so that we were comfortable with everything in the car to drive it home. Bob made sure I drove the model I was interested in and stayed after normal working hours to accommodate me. Once I decided on the car, the sales process went very smoothly.
