I thought I would give them a chance to prove them wrong, but I was dead wrong on that point! I had the worst experience in closing a deal with this guy, Brian Bender, at Garber Honda Dealership. He was a complete moron, insulting, disrespectful and belittling to me. At the end of us going back and forth, I felt like walking to another dealership and just offer them full price for the car that I wanted. I'm a family of Honda cars, but obviously not with this dealership or this sale manager! This guy gave Honda a bad name! More

The Sales Specialist Issac Elliot was polite, answered all my questions, and managed to improve over the loan terms I had been pre-approved for by an alternate company. From beginning to end the process was over in under 5 hours (test drive, finances, paperwork, etc.). I could not have asked for more out of a dealership. More
