I was helped about ten minutes after arriving to my appointment which was a good wait time. I was told the wait would be no longer than 1.5 hours, but ended up waiting in the lounge 3 hours. That was n appointment which was a good wait time. I was told the wait would be no longer than 1.5 hours, but ended up waiting in the lounge 3 hours. That was not good. I recently had my Kia Soul serviced at Garden Grove Kia. Luis, in the Service Department, was very knowledgeable and helpful.
