Sam the salesman was very nice. To bad that he and Ken added things to my contract that I didn’t ask for totally over 4,000. Such as a security alarm device that was not even on the car and additional added things to my contract that I didn’t ask for totally over 4,000. Such as a security alarm device that was not even on the car and additional extended warranties. Also called Ken out on some numbers that I noticed where incorrect and he had them corrected. Would not use your dealership again because of the dirty tricks that Ken tried to get past me. More

We went to the dealership for a recall service. After an hour they suggested getting an oil change as well. We agreed. After 2 and a half hours (which the said would be the total amount of time for the ent hour they suggested getting an oil change as well. We agreed.
