I went in for a recall for my Kia Optima, I was told there would be an inspection complimentary where they would check fluids, breaks, and tires. I was not informed on the findings. I was given the keys and not told what was done to my vehicle. I checked the breaks yesterday and I have less than 10% left on my pads. It would have been nice if they were to inform me about this. I scheduled an appointment to come in for regular maintenance on my car and was given great service! The staff members are very friendly and made sure I was consistently checked in on to see if I nee maintenance on my car and was given great service! The staff members are very friendly and made sure I was consistently checked in on to see if I needed anything. Since my car is coming up on 90K they offered me a great deal on a maintenance package to ensure my car continued running well. They finished the complete check up within an hour and even cleaned off the dirt i had on my car as courtesy. Shout out to Francisco for being very helpful and very chill to talk to. I will continue coming back for service at Kia Garden Grove as they’ve always done a great job with my car and customer service. More

All was fine. My only complaint is not with Kia of Garden Grove, but that Kia refused to consider this a warranty repair as the driver's power window control module is not a part that should have gone Garden Grove, but that Kia refused to consider this a warranty repair as the driver's power window control module is not a part that should have gone bad. Odd that I was asked to rate if my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, considering this dealership did not have an operating car wash and was unable to wash my vehicle before returning it. Not a big deal, just mentioning it. More
