Having to take my car for a recall was a positive experience, Luis was very helpful and my wait was pleasant. I was helped at the scheduled time and was out faster than expected. I did have to return the next day to reprogram one of my key remotes and was helped on very short notice. Again, the service was fast (20 minutes) and I plan to return to this facility for my next KIA needs. More
