This particular dealership is one of the best I’ve been to. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They also made me and my 2 year old comfortable while waiting for my car to be done. The only thing I had an issue with was their punctuality. I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait, but it ended up being 3 hours. I would’ve planned differently had I known the realistic wait time for an oil change. But even then, the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns a Kia. More

The staff in the service department was polite. They did not write correct info on my service form. I contact Kia consumer services and the woman over stepped herself and gave three contradicting reasons why my car was not covered by warranty. A rod barring in my motor blew and I am stuck with a dead car. Polite doesn't make things ok. I highly doubt I will ever have faith in kia as a company as I never received the recall notices for my car. Oh but I was told it is my responsibility as the consumer to look up my own recalls. More
