We have a Kia Telluride with the RSE option in the middle row. On multiple occasions I have noted to the service writers that one of the screens has static in the audio, the RSE app does not function, and t row. On multiple occasions I have noted to the service writers that one of the screens has static in the audio, the RSE app does not function, and the system uses an extremely old version of Android, with out of date browsers and youtube app that do not function with current standards. There is no Play Store installed so we cannot install other apps (Netflix?) and the non-compliant browser prevents using most services via web portal. Kia gets great ratings for the Telluride, but we have two black-eyes on these RSE screens. The service department would not handle the first complaint, saying that Sales would be the experts. Sales was no help, and after googling around was surprised to discover the rampant bad reviews for this RSE system. Alleged attempts by various dealer personnel to contact Kia for help have never resulted in the promised callback with solutions. More

I was satisfied with the care and attention from the service department (mechanics), but extremely disappointed with the administrative staff. I came with a tow truck to pick up my car (of which they were alerted ahead of time), not only did they keep servicing other clients while I was next in line they lost my keys!!! My towing man had to wait over a half hour to get my car, by this time the mechanic that was waiting on me at another auto shop went home. I would love my money back for the diagnostic. How frustrating. More

I originally called because my window was not working and it was still under warranty. We made the soonest appt that was available( two weeks later). Was bad timing because my window wouldn’t roll up all the way and it was the only few weeks where it rained a bunch. My husband did research and mentioned he thought it was the regulator or motor. Dropped my car off and they didn’t have any loaners or car service so I had to arrange for me and my 2 year old to get a ride. They “fixed” the window and some other recall items. They said it was just a fuse and not what my husband thought. Customer service was lacking a bit . No one greeted us so we kinda stood around and had to ask for a someone to help. The guys were all very nice. 3 days later my window broke again. This time it was rolled all the way down so I caked back and they could see me later that week. I park on the street so not ideal when your window is down. Had to arrange once again for a ride and I work full time so this isn’t the easiest to do with a toddler. Brought my car back they discovered it’s the exact thing my husband had said. So they have to order the part And I’ll have to bring it back a third time. And told me I shouldn’t use the window until then. When they drove my car up to give it back to me. The windows were all down which I thought was weird since they said not to use them. All the plastic and paper was left inside. I now have to make another appointment to bring it back still. The service quality has been lacking. They say they don’t wash the cars anymore due to water shortages. But they can at least remove the trash before giving me back my car. I work in the service Industry and it’s the little things like this that makes you want to keep coming back or not come back at all. My car is under warranty so I will return but not sure I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you More
