I made an appointment thinking my reserved time was priority. As I waited to be acknowledged and checked in, I see that my business is not needed or important unless I am dealing with a salesperson to priority. Brought my car in for a basic oil change at my appointed time on a Saturday morning at 10AM. So they tell me they're backed up and may take a longer than usual hour/hour and a half. It is now 1:15 PM. More than 3 hours and the service rep Kaleb has only come check on me once, not a progress text or anything a couple hours in. OH he didn't even check in with me I had to go back into the service office to see what was going on. Come in guys. This is literally just an oil change and it looks like this is going to take 3.5+ hours. Completely and utterly unacceptable service for something so basic. I usually try and stay loyal and stick with the dealerships where I purchased my vehicle but that is not happening with GG Kia anymore. Buying a car here was fine but servicing it here is no bueno. Go elsewhere to get your car serviced. Would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership for service. One last thing. I didn't even get into price. It's $130 for a basic synthetic oil change. Never again. More

I had to bring my car in for an engine light diagnostic. When the past arrived, I received a text from Andrea Villa in Service Department and she set up my appointment with Luis Mendoza (my go to Service Consultant), she said that she would have a loaner car ready for me when I arrived. I showed up at 8:30, talked with Luis for a few minutes, then hopped in my lane car and left. The car was ready that afternoon, so I dropped off the loaner car in the morning. No hassle, no mess, exactly how things should go at a Service department! More

My first experience as a Kia owner, and I will not be back to this dealer. I had to wait at least 30 mins for someone to even check the car in. After that, they ended up holding the car an entire day t back to this dealer. I had to wait at least 30 mins for someone to even check the car in. After that, they ended up holding the car an entire day to finish diagnosing the problem when we all knew exactly what the problem was, and what part was needed to be ordered, without a loaner car, I had to uber home and back. They called me a day later to let me know they ordered the part (which they knew that first day). I looked in the log, and the car was never even unlocked during that day, so they never even looked at it! Still waiting for a loaner car to take the car in for the replacement part.... Its been 2 weeks. More
