There was one friendly person in the entire dealership, everyone else had zero customer services skills, 5 of the 7 people who worked with us didn’t bother with a simple greeting, it appears as though Kia everyone else had zero customer services skills, 5 of the 7 people who worked with us didn’t bother with a simple greeting, it appears as though Kia has no value in customer relations, there were only one or two redeeming employees that seemed even genuinely amicable while speaking to me, the rest couldn’t be bothered with even a hi, how are you — as someone who has been in customer services for over 18 years, the experience was offensive More

Always have a great experience here. This was my second car purchase from GG Kia. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very nice. However, I waited for almost 4 hours for my scheduled se This was my second car purchase from GG Kia. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very nice. However, I waited for almost 4 hours for my scheduled service appointment, and this didn’t even include the car wash. I had them skip it due to the long wait. It’s like I didn’t really have an appointment. And since I don’t live close by, dropping off the car isn’t much of an option. Due to this, I won’t come back here for service. More
