The easy way about him, his attention to detail and friendliness made us feel comfortable with working with him and his team. He is a manger, so he set us up with one of his sales team members, Andre Guerrier, who calmly walked us through the leasing process, casually chatted, explained things, and made us laugh. There was no rushing, there were no sneaky hidden costs that surprised us after, just a nice transparency most of us are unaccustomed to in the car shopping process. Our finance experience was another pleasant, efficient, and clear experience, with Bishoy Fathalla taking care to explain and not push throughout the meeting. It's rare you suddenly want to shake hands and thank finance, but we did! The attentiveness of the staff at GSH is unmatched, in our experience, and any question as to where we would go to buy or lease a new car is answered.
