After spending 6 long hours with him, he truly made us feel like family. We are expecting our first baby in October and he took the time to genuinely get to know us, and vise-versa. Not only is Carlos personable, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the CRV we purchased. He dedicated his time and patience to fully explain the vehicle (big and small details). We were truly impressed by his compassion for the job. We later found out that Carlos has only been an employee here for 3 months and it was hard to believe, since he is so very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional.
