Helpful and friendly staff My friend purchased their new Honda with Norma and had a wonderful experience. It was a bit challenging for them to get a new car but I was told that Norma made it possible for her. They were not pressured into the purchase of their new vehicle & Norma made their purchase smooth and easy. I was assured that I wanted to meet with her for my next car purchase per my friends overall experience with her. I visited the dealership in hopes of working with Ms. Norma but was told she no longer works there. I was a bit upset knowing it's hard to find a genuine sales rep. I worked with another associate but did not get the service I was anticipated for so decided to give Norma this review. Overall very friendly staff but I would've favored more working with the rep I was referred to. I got into my brand new Honda Accord & I'm extrermtly happy definitely would recommend to friends!!! Best Car Buying/Leasing experience I just leased a 2016 CRV with Garden State Honda and it was a great experience. I was not pressured at all into making my decision. No hassle service I was impressed with the quick and efficient service at Garden State. Made the deal via email and phone and Mr Emmanuel Enziani was true to his word a I was impressed with the quick and efficient service at Garden State. Made the deal via email and phone and Mr Emmanuel Enziani was true to his word and I got the price we agreed upon when I arrived at the dealership. Everything was ready to go, no haggling over the price. Surprisingly, it still took 3 hours to wrap up and finally drive out of there. Elvis Pascual was very patient and helpful, taking care of my lease turn in also and even going out of his way to get my toddler a balloon. :) I was overall satisfied with the deal, the low pressure environment and friendly staff. One small hiccup at the very end was that I noticed my monthly payment was $30 higher than expected (bring your own loan payment calculator!) but the financial person was patient and took the time to compare calculations and correct the "error" and readjust the payment before I signed off on it. I also got the plates via Fedex overnight. Super fast! More
