Everything was ready to go, no haggling over the price. Surprisingly, it still took 3 hours to wrap up and finally drive out of there. Elvis Pascual was very patient and helpful, taking care of my lease turn in also and even going out of his way to get my toddler a balloon. :) I was overall satisfied with the deal, the low pressure environment and friendly staff. One small hiccup at the very end was that I noticed my monthly payment was $30 higher than expected (bring your own loan payment calculator!) but the financial person was patient and took the time to compare calculations and correct the "error" and readjust the payment before I signed off on it. I also got the plates via Fedex overnight. Super fast! More
