We were surprised that he recognized us after 3 year and he greeted us as a good friends. David is very attentive, right to the point, very knowledgeable, friendly and open. He always has a personal touch with every customer. These qualities helped him build a great customer database worse of 9 years of hard work. That is why his customer always come back to him. He explained to us all new features the 2016 Civic has, negotiation was very easy, we didn't feel any pressure and he guided us through entire process with great patience and wisdom. Manager Roland Polanco came to great us and help through entire process. He was friendly, funny and both David and Ronald turn usually nerve wrecking process into enjoyable and easy chat. Adel Kamel from finance explained all paperwork that needed to be sign with a friendly smile. We were treated with a slice of pizza and coffee while we were waiting for our car to be ready. David Russo explained to us all car features passionately answering all our questions, he even set for us the Bluetooth. Overall we were very satisfied as everybody was so helpful and friendly and we drove home in the new car. Being that prior to this, I was caught in a HORRIBLE deal, I thought that there was no such th Words cannot describe how pleased I am with my new car! Being that prior to this, I was caught in a HORRIBLE deal, I thought that there was no such thing as an honest and helpful salesperson. Boy was I wrong! Elvis guided me through every single step with such patience and wisdom. He was very well versed on everything from pricing to car specs and features and it was such an easy process to find what was best for me. When it came down to signing papers everything was explained to me and I was not rushed into anything. It was a VERY comfortable experience and everyone was so friendly. Elvis put together the perfect package for my budget. At the end he even explained some of the new features in the car and helped me set up my Bluetooth. I felt like I've owned the car for years with how well he explained everything. I was amazed at the fact that I even ended up paying less than what I thought I would. I have my dream car. Everything I wanted down to interior and exterior color. To top it off he gave me his business card and told me that if I have any questions to give him a call personally. I'm used to people giving me the run around. To think in the beginning I sat down and he just wanted me to describe my perfect car and I left in that exact car with a smile on my face? Unbelievable.
