Buying a car turned out to be a nice experience. I was thinking of trading in our car but wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do at this point in time. I met the sales rep, Elvis Pascual, who was very nice. Without putting any pressure on me, he answered all my questions, showed me the cars available within the range I was looking for, and took me out for a test drive. We couldn't come to an agreement the first day so I went home to think about it. I called him from home, letting him know what I needed to close the deal, and within minutes he let me we could move forward. I went back a couple of days later, and we closed the deal. During the process, Elvis and I got to know each other better, we even talked about our families and showed each other pictures of our kids. I can say that I feel like we became friends in two days. Not only was it nice to deal with Elvis, but even his manger Rolando Polanco was a nice. The girl who did the paper work. Maria Morales was also very nice. She was new at this position, but she fooled me because she was a real pro. More

I came in and was sat down with Pedro early morning. My first time leasing, it was clear cut, but this time around - I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I had made sure to speak with Emmanuel before coming in so he had an idea of what I was looking for, and he was ready for me when I came in. I absolutely loved my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 coupe and even though downgrading to an EX was an option money-wise, after the test drive it was not the same. It was a long process but after a long day with Manny and Pedro, the job was done and I ended up getting more for less. I can't thank Pedro and Manny enough for the patience they had with my father and I. I live in Long Island now and make sure to drive to Passaic to continue my business with Garden State Honda.
