I first met Ms. Maria Morales and she quickly asked me what I was looking for. I shared my wish list in a car and she immediately showed me a handful of vehicles which me my overall criteria. I decided to purchase the Honda CRV 2013 with only six thousand miles. We took the car for a test drive and I was in heaven. It was smooth, clean and the sound system was incredible. From showing the inventory to completing my credit application everything went smoothly. I was able to leave my old car (1995 Nissan Altima) and drive away in a snippy Honda 2013 CRV. My fabulous girl friend recommended this dealership and she was on point. She, her family and friends have purchased automobiles from this establishment and have not been disappointed. Ms. Morales was extremely professional, knowledgable and sincere. Those are qualities which car salesmen and women should possess. A great buying experience I was at the dealership on River Drive in Passaic and decided that I wanted to test drive a Honda Fit. They didn't have one there at the time but had I was at the dealership on River Drive in Passaic and decided that I wanted to test drive a Honda Fit. They didn't have one there at the time but had someone drive one over from their Clifton dealership just so I could test drive it. Everyone there that I talked to was friendly and polite, they offered me water and popcorn. Lorenzo was nice to talk to and knows about cars, I enjoyed the test drive with him and he showed me a lot of the great things about the new Fit. Things went smoothly with the buying transaction and I have to say that it was a great overall buying experience. More
