More than satisfied with the service at Garden State Honda I live in Manalapan NJ and travel to Clifton NJ for service at Garden State Honda because I have found David Marks, the service mechanic, to be the be I live in Manalapan NJ and travel to Clifton NJ for service at Garden State Honda because I have found David Marks, the service mechanic, to be the best there is, trustworthy, professional, just an excellent mechanic, does the repair once and it's fixed...I have had terrible experiences with a number of other Honda dealerships that are 20 minutes or 10 minutes from my house, and was recommended to go to Garden State Honda and only request David Marks, and it's been a number of years I've been going there and couldn't be more than satisfied....I bought a pre-owned certified Odyssey van from Academy Honda in Old Bridge, near me, as I said, I'm in Manalapan, and driving home the SRS airbag light came on; they fixed that, but that evening when I put the headlights on, the dashboard went completely black, couldn't drive...brought it back, fixed that, now the alarm didn't work...so over the year, I went to David Michael Honda, 10 minutes from my home, for service, the same thing, they fix one problem and created another...Sound familiar? I was recommended to go to Garden State Honda (which is a trip for me, but so well worth it) and request David Marks to service the car...It was the best move I've ever made...I have a friend who comes in from Rego Park, Queens, NY to Garden State Honda in New Jersey, and she also only requests David to service her car....She always tells me the repairs are beyond her expectations, couldn't be more satisfied...in fact, she ended up buying a pre-owned Accord through Garden State and has David Marks service it, and is more than happy....She also feels it is so worth the trip....no anxieties whatsoever knowing that David will do an excellent job, as he always does....Since my Odyssey is getting on in years, this Saturday I bought a CRV from Garden State (didn't want another Odyssey, don't like the styling that they did) I dealt with a salesperson named Gabriel Bueno...Absolutely no pressure, no rushing me, he answered all my questions with patience, went over all the features in the vehicle, it was a very nice experience dealing with Gabriel....I have bought many different vehicles over the years and have dealt with many salespeople, but Gabriel was the best....Also the sales manager, Johan Payero, was very accommodating, also answered whatever questions I had and the whole experience was totally anxiety and stress free...Sahtiekqua Knox was the financial person who prepared all the paperwork, was very professional, a lovely young lady...All in all, I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family, Garden State Honda, and especially David Marks for service, because of what I experience in doing business with them...They are by far the best!
