Excellent service. Friendly people and a comfortable atmosph So i decided to get a new car, my first car. I went to the honda dealership i clifton and they recommend i go to the one in passaic. He referred us to a guy named Lorenzo because i guess he already had a client. When i first met Lorenzo he was so nice, shook my hand offered me a drink and sat me and my mother down at this desk. My first impression of him was that he was a genuine guy and i knew he would be a great fit for my honda guy. Me and my mother were there for almost 7 hours and i started getting discouraged and started thinking i wouldnt leave without a car which was the complete opposite of my plan. Lorenzo promised me that i would leave happy, and he came through with that promise. He sold me a 2015 honda civic lx and i am so in love. The entire time he made sure i was comfortable and his knowledge of everything i had questions for was impeccable. One thing i love about Lorenzo was that he didnt make me feel like he was trying to get rid of me. He made sure i got exactly what i wanted. I walked in wanting a honda pilot but i left with my honda civic and i couldnt be any happier. Its perfect. I love this dealership and the staff. Next time i want to purchase a car I'm definitely coming here and i am going straight to Lorenzos desk. He is the absolute best. More

We came across a vehicle we wanted but realized too much mileage but kevin went the extra mile to find us a better vehicle around the same price that we would end up liking. He did not treat us as customers but instead as if we were his family, we were not forced or rushed into buying but instead we were taken care of from the first second we came across him and hands down give him a 5 out of 5 stars.
