David is professional and makes you feel his only concern is getting you the car and price that makes you a happy customer. I give David 10 stars, if I could! I was not sure exactly what type of purchase I wanted to make, whether it was finance or lease. However, Lorenzo made it his business to guide me and provide helpful information regarding my options and programs available for me as a first time buyer with Honda. Not only did he get my hopes up, he followed through with his statement, when he said; "I will make sure you leave happy today". He took his time helping us and did NOT try to run our credit score as soon as we entered the dealership. I appreciated his humor and patience with my mother and I as we took our time to make a decision. He offered water and coffee during the length of time we were there waiting and made us feel comfortable as we conversed throughout the whole process. He went up and beyond to ensure that we left happy and with a huge smile! Overall, long story short Lorenzo is the BEST! I left the dealership with a car for my mother. She was beyond happy and satisfied with her experience at Honda. I am so thankful for his determination and drive to please his customers. Memorable Customer Experience Car shopping is exhausting and frustrating, especially when you walk into a dealership with overly aggressive sales people. This is the approach I encountered all day long until I walked into Garden State Honda. What a difference, it changed my mood completely around. When I initially walked into the dealership I wanted this whole process to be completed quickly, and it wasnt BUT the 4 hours I was their flew by so fast because it felt like I was spending time with family just catching up and having great conversation. Lorenzo made sure my needs were met and made sure I receievd the car I wanted. He is the salesman that are few and far between and we need more like him or better yet, we need to have Lorenzo train these other horribly trained sales people on how to give the customer experience!
